Jariya is a trio of international female multi-instrumentalists/video artists whose innovative approach to song writing and performing (the three members of Jariya play a total of fifteen instruments on stage) draws comparisons to the likes of Radiohead, Gotan Project, and Laurie Anderson. Their new multi-media show, the Prejudice of a Certain Personality Type, (titled after Alan Watts’ quintessential lecture “Seeing Through The Net: Wiggly World”) takes their audience on a 90-minute psychedelic journey through powerful visual art and songs. Special guests and new material are featured in every performance.
